Green Building


With the industry and the world conscious of green and sustainable design and construction, so to is Angelilli Builders, Inc.  No matter where you look, sustainable design and construction is becoming a way of life and a driving force in the way business is being conducted.  Our goal has always been to provide the best possible project for our clients including an energy efficiency building and an environment that meets the needs of the end users.
 


Over the years our projects tend to exceed the code requirements for energy efficiency.  Where applicable and in conjunction with our Owner's commitment, we will be meeting the requirements of the USGBC LEED program requirements furthering our commitment to a sustainable and environmental friendly community.  We realize that not all of our projects will fall into or allow for a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification, but our commitment to including elements of these programs into our projects will continue.

         


                        Summer Garden Food Manufacturing


Green Building
 


Currently "LEEDing" the way for our Green projects is Summer Garden Food Manufacturing, located in Boardman, which is a LEED registered project currently anticipating a LEED Silver rating.  Angelilli Builders, Inc provided in-house design services on this 70,000 square foot facility as well as being the general contractor.  We are also the LEED Administrator on the project overseeing the various aspects of the LEED certification process.

Angelilli Builders is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
