COVID-19 Plans and Procedures in Place to Ensure Safety

GreenHeart Companies, the selected general contractor for Campus Lofts, a new, state-of-the-art student housing complex will be ready for the YSU Fall semester which starts on August 17.

“We are right on schedule with all aspects of construction. The apartments will be move-in ready for the students soon.” said Brian Angelilli, CEO, GreenHeart Companies. The GreenHeart team is responsible for all construction and worksite management.

Campus Lofts is the newest luxury student housing apartments just steps from the YSU campus. “They are the only apartments that are lofted units with 18-foot-high ceiling and private staircases. said James Sabatine Sr. and James Sabatine Jr., a principal with Campus Lofts and owner of Trilogy Realty & Development in Canfield.

“We provide a modern living experience with fully furnished units, 5g WIFI, HBO/HD cable package, LED lighting, complimentary coffee, tanning, fitness center, Butterfly MX telecom system, GE appliances, washer and dryer in units, and so much more.”

Campus Lofts management has also a COVID-19 plan in place and is committed to ensuring students and employees have wash stations available to keep their hands clean and virus free. The complex space is being cleaned and sanitized daily.

They have taken guidance developed by global and local public health authorities (including the WHO and CDC) to make our protocols even more rigorous. These practices include social distancing and wearing face masks to ensure everyone remains healthy.
