Acquisition will expand company’s Historic Preservation Division

GreenHeart Companies has entered into a purchase agreement to acquire Allegheny Restoration and Millwork of Morgantown, West Virginia.

The acquisition of Allegheny presents tremendous opportunity for growth for GreenHeart’s Restoration and Millwork Division, which offers full-service restoration and custom millwork services and products to owners, property managers, architects, and contractors involved in residential, commercial and mixed-use Historic Building Preservation.

“We are thrilled with this acquisition,” said John Angelilli, General Manager of GreenHeart’s Restoration and Millwork Division, “because it will allow us to expand our 30,000-square-foot custom restoration, millwork and glass fabrication shop while integrating several key personnel specializing in Historic Preservation. We’ll also be able to continue our move into the Southern Ohio and West Virginia markets.”
