Campus Lofts Apartments at YSU on Schedule

GreenHeart Companies, the selected general contractor for Campus Lofts, a new, state-of-the-art student housing complex is starting to take shape at the corner of Wick and Rayen avenues and is on schedule.

The GreenHeart team is responsible for all construction and worksite management, including a commitment to deliver the project on schedule and within budget.

The student housing loft apartments are expected to be completed in early summer 2020, said James Sabatine Jr., principal with Campus Lofts and owner of Trilogy Realty & Development in Canfield.

“We’re so pleased and excited that we earned the trust of Trilogy to deliver this state-of-the-art complex,” said Brian Angelilli, CEO, GreenHeart Companies.

The building will house about 210 beds. The concept for the student housing complex will feature a top penthouse floor with lofts, as well as technology and Wi-Fi infrastructure being engineered into the building, allowing for wireless internet connectivity throughout.

The project is “a stone’s throw from everything downtown,” including the Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County next door and the DoubleTree by Hilton Youngstown Downtown a few blocks down the street. The student housing complex is located across the street from the Chipotle Mexican Grill and Mercy Health-Youngstown urgent care clinic now open in the retail portion of The Enclave student housing development, which sits catty-corner from the Campus Lofts site.

Our 5-Step Process

  1. Initial Interview:  We ask thorough questions in order to get a good understanding of your needs and wants. That way, we can build a unique, tailored, problem-free solution just for you. However, only answer what you feel comfortable with.
  1. In-Person Consultation: We discuss your project in detail and complete our survey. It is the time when you can measure us up and we can do the same to you.
  1. Project Review: You come into our Design Center showroom and together we will review your project sketches on a large-screen TV. This is when you get to evaluate and voice what you like and/or don’t like. We will review a copy of the written proposal and explain the scope of work to be done (demo, electrical, plumbing, drywall…).
  1. Upon Decision To Move Forward: We will send you an invite to review all aspects of your renovation.   We will also review cabinetry brands and styles. Cabinets take 4-6 weeks to order and receive, so this selection is always completed and ordered first. Next, we set up appointments and dates to select any and all other vendor products such as plumbing, electrical solutions, counter surfaces, etc.
