GreenHeart Companies Projects a “Very Busy” Year
Company plans major construction projects for 2023
The construction outlook for 2023 is looking very positive, although the industry will face challenges, says Brian Angelilli, President of GreenHeart Companies.
“Our industry will continue to face labor shortages, high materials costs and other headwinds — including the inflation rate, the cost of building supplies, and product shortages/supply chain issues,” says Angelilli. “But we’re confident that our many years of experience and track record of success will allow us to weather these storms.”
New projects are a bellwether for contractor confidence
In 2022, GreenHeart saw a 18% increase of revenues over the previous year. Specific growth and transformation plans are underway in several of Greenheart’s divisions and areas of focus in 2023.
Among others, GreenHeart has these major projects in progress:
- The Gallagher – a historic downtown Youngstown building that is being converted into 41 studio-style apartments and a restaurant
- Legal Arts Center renovation, including the Hub Restaurant —a downtown landmark set to reopen by summer of 2023
- Pine Lakes Estates development in Hubbard
- Lakes at Sharrott Hill expansion (now in Phase III – Estate and Villas)
- Bristol Estates expansion in Boardman
Additional plans for 2023 include the continued development of Greenheart’s residential communities: Hampton Ridge Estates in Springfield, Reserve Run in Poland, Villas at Bricker Crossing in Salem and Wynfield Commons in New Wilmington, Pennsylvania.
